Refund Policy

Scope. This policy applies to digital products (e.g., PDF/PNG/SVG files, templates, bundles, licenses). Unless we explicitly offer a physical product with its own return terms, all items are digital downloads.

Standard policy (digital items). Because files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link is issued. We’re happy to help with any file issue and will first attempt a repair/replacement (e.g., re-link, corrected file, alternate format).

We will make it right if:

The file is corrupted/incomplete or the wrong item was delivered.
You were charged twice or accidentally purchased the same item twice.
You cannot access your download after purchase despite following our help steps.

For the cases above, we’ll provide a working file or refund to your original payment method (at our discretion) after verifying the order.
